Please verify that your image has a transparent background before you submit. If you submit an order with a white or colored background - your image will be placed on hold until you are able to submit an updated image.
We WILL NOT guarantee same-day printing if you do NOT submit print-ready files!

How to use our Trimly App

AUTO TRIM

Auto Trim: This feature is automatically turned on. It removes any dead space around the image. If parts of your image is getting trimmed off - turn this feature off.

KEEP ASPECT RATIO

Keep Aspect Ratio: This feature is also automatically turned on and will allow you to change the width or height while keeping the image proportional. If you want to change both the height and width - turn this feature off.

TIP: If your design is low quality (less than 300DPI - use the DPI section to upscale your image and then choose your size.
DPI DETECTOR

DPI Detector: This feature will tell you the DPI resolution of your uploaded image. If the design isn’t 300 DPI - type in 300 and hit apply and it will turn the image into 300 DPI.
ARTBOARD BACKGROUND

Artboard Background: Change the background from transparent to see your design on any color background. Be sure to change it back to transparent before uploading your image.

This also will help you determine if your image has a background that shouldn't be there.
